Trainee
After a postive screening of the application forms by our human resources department,
the Trainee proves his abilities and motivation in a Trainee Project, he will do on his own.
This will grant him the promotion to Assistant.
Assistant
After successfully passing the Trainee Project, the Assistant will start off in a team containing
other Assistants with Assistant Projects to enhance their capacity for teamwork, communication and long
term multitasking which is a dominant factor in the Clusterstar project work.
After successfully passing
this step of the application process, the Assistant will become a full member of the Clusterstar
network as well as receiving the title Junior Consultant.
Junior Consultant
The consultant starting at Clusterstar begins his career on the level of a Junior Consultant.
Junior Consultants work in a project team as equal consultants together with consultants of higher ranks.
Nevertheless, the Project Manager, who has already achieved a higher level and who has got the most experience
within the particular field, is responsible for the respective project.
Senior Consultant
After proving themselves in several successful external projects and getting a recommendation from their
Project Manager, the Junior Consultant can be promoted to Senior Consultant.
This allows the consultant
to lead, manage and coordinate external projects as Project Manager. The Project Manager takes on a great
responsibility and stays in direct, interactive communication with the Quality Manager and the client.
Junior Manager
To recieve the title Junior Manager, the Senior Consultant needs to accomplish a certain number
of man days and to be recommended by a Junior Manager.
The Junior Manager is allowed to support a project team as Quality Manager, proving his special
knowledge and individual abilities.

Manager
After outperforming in his role as Quality Manager and getting a recommendation from a Manager,
the Junior Manager advances to Manager. The consultant is allowed to lead Profit Centers and a local team of consultant from now on.
As a Profit Center Manager, he is responsible for the local acquisition and is given several
competences and rights, he can use on his own discretion to improve the economic success of his
team and Profit Center. To compromise his additional work, he is given a profit sharing.
Senior Manager
The level of Senior Manager can only be reached by personal recommendation of a Partner and, in
addition to an increased profit sharing, allows the consultant to apply for Reginal Manager.
A Regional Manager surveys a certain region including all Profit Centers belonging to it.
His primary tasks will be coordinating work and information among the Profit Centers within his region, proactive
aquisition in his region and development of the regional recruitment.
Partner
The ascension to the distinguished level of Partner is only possible during a
standardized selection process which will be held peroidically between the Senior Managers.
In an assestment center the Senior Managers will be tested for motivation, commitment,
competence and performance.
The best Senior Manager will be elected to Partner and recieves
from that point on a share of profit from the entire company.
