Clusterstar is an internationally operating company with an international network of student consultants. It therefore makes an integral and intelligent knowledge management concept indispensable.

A Web 2.0 Shared Workspace, the Cluster Office, is the base of our knowledge management. It is the foundation for the identification, creation, representation, and distribution of knowledge.

Using the Cluster Office, it is possible to manage tacit knowledge (with a people-to-people approach) and explicit knowledge (with a people-to-document approach) within the network.

Our MySQL-Server contains the knowledge base. It provides the means for the computerised collection, organisation, and retrieval of the knowledge.
