ClusterStar KG is an internationally operating company with a high fluctuation. It therefore makes an integral and intelligent knowledge management concept indispensable.
A Web 2.0 based platform, the Virtual Office, is the base of our knowledge management. It is the foundation for the identification, creation, representation, and distribution of knowledge.
Using the Virtual Office, it is possible to manage tacit knowledge (with a people-to-people approach) and explicit knowledge (with a people-to-document approach) within the network.
Our MySQL-Server contains the knowledge base. It provides the means for the computerised collection, organisation, and retrieval of the knowledge.
