Project Handling

1. Project request

If you are interested in our consulting services you may send your request by e-mail or call us. We will make an appointment for a first dialogue. We will elaborate the tasks and the qualities of the team necessary to do the job.

2. Team composition

Our junior consultants will be informed about the project. Then we compose a team which matches the demand of the customer concerning the abilities and the practical experience of the consultants involved. A project leader is nominated, who will be the main contact person for the customer.

3. Proposal

The proposal will be elaborated by the project team. Thus the project can be checked for its duration and potential results. After the client accepted the conditions and procedure presented within the proposal the team starts with the actual project.

4. Project execution

The composition of the project team guarantees professional competence and individual solutions. The project leader frequently informs the client about the process of the project, so we can make sure the project is performed properly.

5. Final presentation

At the end of the project the team holds a final presentation. Therein the results are shown. Afterwards, a final report will be handed out.
