Project Management Seminar
According to ISO 69901 project management is the sum of managerial functions, organization, techniques and tools for the execution of a project.
ClusterStar offers your company well-priced seminars about project management. In this context, we offer you one-day seminars ( Basic Seminars ) and two-day seminars ( Intense Seminars ). The seminars are structured as follows:
Module 1: Methods & Concepts
First of all, the issue will be introduced. The main models, concepts, plans and check lists will be presented and explained. In addition, the ignition of a project will be illustrated. Based on this, the different options for an approach and the comprehension of a problem will be shown. In this context, the seminar attaches great importance to the so called problem solving tools. Thereby, methods such as the classic brain storming, mind mapping or problem trees will be taught. These methods will enable the participator to find appropriate solutions for more complex problems and questions, which require a special approach.
Module 2: Soft Skills
Besides the theoretical knowledge, the second post of the ClusterStar approach consists of the soft skill component. Many theoretical concepts can only work in practice if the internal factors fit. Especially with deadline projects or tasks within the busy season, situation may develop where conflicts emerge, which could menace the entire work. In order to better deal with extreme situations of such kind, ClusterStar strongly believes in a concept of conflict prevention. Thereby, participants will sensitised to conflict management in critical situations by the use of exercises and role plays.
Module 3: Case Study
At the end of the seminar, the participants will join a case study in which the content of the seminar will self-dependently be used in practice and the tools and soft skills will be implemented. That way, theoretical approaches will immediately be transferred into practice. At the same time, it can be made sure that the concepts were understood in the right way and can be implemented correctly.
