Quality Management is an integral process in the ClusterStar network. It includes the recruitment policy, education of the consultants, project controlling and documentation and the knowledge management.

All sectors are part of our quality management cycle. In this context, all sectors are intelligently matched with the wish of the customer.

Internal Quality Management


Quality is therefore defined as the scale of consistence between requirements of the customer and expectations.

The internal quality management system is strongly oriented on the EFQM standards. Enhancement through innovation and development throughout the network are the fundamental maxims. Self assessments and prioritisation of improvements are important factors in this system. Within the process of self assessment, each sector is compared to the best performing company in this field and evaluated by a percentage of this competitor. The ultimate goal is to strive for business excellence.
